2025–2026

During this period, Gürbağ Defense will focus on the mass production qualification of pan-tilt systems under environmental field conditions, while completing open system architectures on both the software and hardware sides.

2026–2027

The company will establish productized integrated solutions for end-users, such as surveillance towers and mobile platform solutions, and will target its first sales in the global market.

2027–2028

With strategic partnerships with international system integrators, Gürbağ Defense will commercialize end-to-end solutions across defense, security, and infrastructure monitoring sectors, expanding its presence globally.

Gürbağ Defense is an engineering company dedicated to motion control and guidance technologies. We develop pan-tilt platforms and control-guidance systems with high-performance, durable, and integrable structures. We focus on solutions that transform these technologies into end products in collaboration with ecosystem companies and reach end users.


Our Strategic Goal: From Subsystem to Productization, From Productization to Export

We are transforming our expertise in pan-tilt systems and control updates, working at the platform level, into integrated solutions. Our roadmap:

1. Develop modular and scalable systems

2. Distributed, open-architecture infrastructures with high integration capacity

3. Build integrated platforms that work in collaboration with ecosystem companies

4. Deliver end products to end users in the global market.

Starting from 2026, Gürbağ Defense aims to transition from providing guidance capabilities solely as a system to delivering end-to-end products. This vision includes integrated guidance solutions for mobile security platforms, border surveillance and critical infrastructure protection systems, fixed tower-type guidance systems in off-the-shelf product formats, and turnkey systems with multi-sensor integration and control software that directly address global user needs.
