Who we are

Gürbağ Savunma ve Teknoloji Inc. began operations in Ankara in 2020 under the Gürbağ Group umbrella. It is a research and development-oriented integrator organisation that aims to meet the national engineering requirements of the defence industry and technology sector, as well as to develop engineering solutions to the sector's problems in the fields of defence and technology.
Gürbağ Savunma ve Teknoloji Inc. has taken a customer- and efficiency-driven approach to manufacturing in order to maximise domestic and national production. By expanding its customer base, it has taken it upon itself to provide the most suitable and high-quality products and services to its business partners in the defence and technology sectors. Gürbag Savunma ve Teknoloji Inc., which demonstrates a commitment to providing high-quality, dependable, and customer-oriented service, is constantly expanding its technological infrastructure and training its expert personnel in this area.

Our company's vision is to be a global player that leads the defence and technology sectors and is preferred in national and global markets for its products and solutions. Reduce foreign dependency and supply risks in the defence industry, particularly for high-technology products. Its objective is to develop its own infrastructure and to reduce reliance on foreign assistance.
We are leading the national technology transformation under the auspices of the Gürbağ Group, ensuring that our country achieves complete technological independence and working to increase our market share in the global market. With the goal of meeting Turkey's defence and technology needs domestically and nationally through the use of our own resources, we are working to establish ourselves as a competitive solution partner by creating added value and establishing national and international collaborations. To accomplish this goal, we invest in critical technologies that enable production using domestic resources.

Üretimdeki hedefimiz ülke savunma ve teknolojisine katkıda bulunan en sağlam, en ekonomik, en güvenli, en kaliteli ürünler üretmektir. 
 
Çevreye saygılı, çevre bilinci gelişmiş, küresel kaynakları koruyan, yasalar ve yönetmeliklere uygun çalışan ve bunları mevcut sistemlerine entegre etmiş bir kuruluş olarak üretimimizde en uygun malzeme ve tekniklerin uygulanması temel prensibimizdir.
 
Başarımızın temelini, bütün çalışma arkadaşlarımızın daha fazla sorumluluk üstlenmesi ve etkin katılımını sağlamak oluşturmaktadır. Tüm çalışanlarımıza gerekli bilgilendirme ve eğitimler yardımıyla kendilerinin, diğer çalışanların ve müşterilerin sağlık ve güvenliklerini tehlikeye atmamayı temel görev olarak benimsiyoruz.
 
Kuruluşumuz, kapsamına ve amacına uygunluğunu, İSG hedeflerini oluşturma ve gözden geçirme için bir çerçeve sağladığını, Uygulanabilir şartları yerine getirdiğini taahhüt etmektedir.
 
İçeriden veya dışarıdan, bilerek ya da bilmeyerek meydana gelebilecek her türlü tehdide karşı firmamızın bilgi varlıklarını korumak, bilgiye erişebilirliği iş proseslerinin gerektiği şekilde sağlamak, yasal mevzuat gereksinimlerini karşılamak prensibimizdir.

Gizlilik: Önem taşıyan bilgilere yetkisiz erişimlerin önlenmesi,
Bütünlük: Bilginin doğruluk ve bütünlüğünün sağlandığının gösterilmesi,
Erişebilirlik:     Yetkisi olanların gerektiği hallerde bilgiye ulaşılabilirliğinin gösterilmesi,
Olmak üzere üç temel öğesinin sürekliliği sağlanacaktır.
 
İlgili sistem standartları, sadece elektronik ortam da tutulan verilerin değil; yazılı, basılı, sözlü ve benzeri ortam da bulunan tüm verilerin güvenliği ile ilgilidir.
  
Tüm süreçlerimizde “SÜREKLİ İYİLEŞME” felsefesini benimsemek temel hedefimizdir.
